Virat Kohli's U-19 teammate is now an umpire, first to play and officiate IPL
Tanmay Srivastava, Virat Kohli's former U-19 teammate, will debut as a BCCI-qualified umpire in the IPL's 18th edition. He retired from cricket at 30 to pursue umpiring and balanced roles as a talent scout and fielding coach while studying. Srivastava will become the first to have both played and officiated in the league.
