
Kapoor will become the new managing director of M&S India in April after leaving Pepe Jeans, where he has held the role of managing director and CEO of India. Prior to Pepe Jeans, he was chief operating officer of French Connection in India in 2012-2014.
Jones has joined M&S from Clarks where she has spent the last three years as chief product and merchandising officer. In her new role as international commercial director, she will lead M&S's international product strategy across clothing and food.
Davies, previously head of category for brands at M&S, has been promoted to international partnerships director.
All three will report to Mark Lemming, international managing director, who was appointed last year to drive the retailer's international growth through "capital-light partnerships and a multi-platform online business".
Lemming said: "The reset of our international business is focussed on taking the right time and actions to build strong foundations for sustainable growth.
"Building an experienced global leadership team is an essential element of this plan and Manish, Victoria and Richard will play important roles, bringing fresh perspectives on our International reset and future growth strategy."
