Housing supply up 44 pc in NCR this year to 53K units; luxury home share in launches 60 pc: Report
In 2024, the Delhi-NCR housing market grew 44 percent to 53,000 new units, with nearly 60 percent being ultra-luxury homes priced above Rs 2.5 crore. Housing sales in Delhi-NCR fell 6 percent to 61,900 units. Anarock reported a mixed year for Indian housing, with a small decline in sales overall.
