DLF has sold 173 apartments worth Rs 11,816 crore in its ultra luxury residential project 'The Dahlias' in Gurugram. The project, launched in October last year, features 420 apartments and penthouses. Strong demand, especially from ultra HNIs and NRIs, contributed to this success. DLF plans to invest around Rs 8,000 crore in this project over the next 4-5 years.
