
Ryan Lindgren was a staple of the New York Rangers' top defensive pair last year. They went on to win the President's Trophy and got two wins away from the Stanley Cup Final. But things didn't quite go as well for the 27-year-old this season. Now, with 21 games separating most NHL teams from the playoffs, Lindgren is a member of the Avalanche. And with that, he'll get a new role -- one that head coach Jared Bednar feels will better suit him. 'If Lindgren comes in and he's playing a minute, or two, or three minutes less that what
